Objective
We are seeking for Copywriter who is organized, motivated and ready to join our team. The professional will work with the marketing team to support FCBB in developing and maintaining a high level of communication standards.
At this position, the professional will help FCBB to write copy for every step in our funnels and help us to improve our results.
The professional will join a team of dedicated professionals in a non-profit environment, enabling the organization to achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Creative Manager and design team to conceptualize and execute marketing material across print, digital and web, ensuring brand consistency across all media and platforms;
- Develop, write, edit and review copy for print and digital materials that meets business and marketing objectives;
- Effectively detail key messages in a creative manner while maintaining brand voice and tone;
- Working collaboratively with Graphic Designers and other design team members;
- Follow briefings consistently and diligently;
- Write copy that drives action and performance;
- Work closely with all other departments as team players to ensure that the creative needs of your brands are met;
- Work with internal and external production partners to execute work.
Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in copywriting;
- A portfolio that demonstrates copywriting ability;
- Ability to provide creative input and suggest the best ways to communicate marketing messages;
- Deep knowledge of digital best practices and current trends;
- Must be organized, highly detail-oriented and accurate;
- Excellent time-management, communication and problem-solving skills;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory);
- Work well under pressure.
- Must have strong writing ability in English and knowledge of Canadian press writing style.
