IT Support Analyst

Objective
The IT Support analyst is responsible for providing technical support for a full range of
business technology, including computer systems, network infrastructure, mobile devices, and
audio-visual equipment.create, manage and update lists according to business and organizational
level needs. Understanding the crossover between lists and ideating ideal campaign structure
closely with our Business Development, Marketing, Operations and Leadership teams with
implementation of lead scoring systems to increase nurture capacity and generate leads in a non-
profit environment, enabling the organization to achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities
– Support FCBB operations and ensure the day to day operation related to the aplications users
need to do their activities are workibg properly.
– Users access management working closely with HR and the users
– Support users on how to use the google package tools and other aplications such as slack and
click up.
– Assist with the configuration of Business Development objects, layouts, workflows, process
builder, validation rules, and formula fields, reports and dashboards;
– Interact with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements;
Skills and Qualifications
– Excellent organizational skills and knowledge on google tools/applications, Slack and Click up.
– High commitment and fast response to be able to give good support and develop relationship
with the users.
– Ability to organize and create structure within complex systems and excellent analytical skills.
– Candidate will need the ability to “own” projects and perform detailed analysis of client business
requirements;
– Strong Communication and Flexibility – Easily adapt to change and evolution in a growing office
and willing to take on more responsibility for career and skill growth;
– Bachelor Degree in Technology Information or a similar field is preferred;
– Fluency in English mandatory; fluency in Portuguese preferable.
